Where?

All events will be held at West Virginia Northern Community College on the Square, Independence Hall, and at the Ohio County Public Library.

When?

Saturday, June 22nd, 2013- 10:00am-7:00pm

Each program has its own hours so be sure to check under “Schedules” for details.

How much does it cost?

The Wheeling Arts Fest is FREE!

It’s raining so you cancelled right?

Nope, this is a rain or shine event. We will only close if the weather poses a risk to festival goers or participants.

How about parking?

Parking is available on all city streets, the Wheeling Health Clinic lot, the Ohio County Public Library lot for their functions, and any West Virginia Northern Community College parking lot.

Where are the bathrooms?

Bathrooms are located inside each venue and inside West Virginia Northern Community College B&O building.

Are the venues handicap accessible

Yes. All of the venues are handicap accessible.
